Although sometimes thought of as a “new world” food, Maize was first cultivated by native peoples in Mexico some 10,000 years ago. We simply can’t get enough of the sweet and smoky flavor of fire roasted corn, and throughout the summer, our grills will be loaded up with countless cobs roasting in the husk. Our corn is as local as possible, coming from the South in late spring and switching to local product as soon as it’s ready.

Elote | Our new dip is made to order with fire roasted corn cut from the cob, cotija cheese, chipotle aioli, cilantro and spicy sauce. Served with a lime wedge and chips. $8.5
Grilled Corn Chowder | Rich, creamy corn soup made with coconut milk and poblano mole. Surprisingly vegan. Cup: $4, Bowl: $5
Grilled Corn Salsa | Our Tomatillo-Avocado Salsa gets a bright summer addition of smoky grilled corn, Roma tomatos, red onion, roasted Anaheim chiles, scallion rings, basil and garlic. Available on its own or in a Pickadippa.
The Chopper Salad | Grilled corn with chopped leaf lettuce, avocado, tomatoes, chickpeas, diced red and green peppers, cucumber and jícama. Top with your choice of grilled chicken breast, portobello or flank steak. $13.5
Farro Salad | Nutty ancient grain with avocado, grilled corn, black beans, pepitas, radish and tomato. Served with a flour tortilla and topped with your choice of grilled portabello, chicken breast or flank steak. Contains gluten. $13.5
Crabby Corn Quesadilla | The summertime quesadilla has smoky grilled corn, crabmeat, fresh basil, pico de gallo with Cotija and Monterey Jack cheeses. Served with our peppery grilled corn salsa on the side. $11
Grilled Chicken & Corn Burrito | Fresh grilled corn with chicken breast, roasted chiles, goat cheese, Monterey Jack cheese and pico de gallo. Topped with Colorado sauce, grilled corn salsa on the side. $11
Grilled Street Corn & Steak Tacos | A summery version of our classic steak taco with grilled flank steak, grilled corn, chipotle aioli, Cotija cheese, shredded red cabbage, leafy cilantro and fresh jalapeño slices. $15
