1. Information Collection, Use, and Disclosure
bBRG collects information from our users at several different points on our Websites. You have the opportunity to register on our Websites. In order to register, you are required to give your contact information (such as name, address, birthday (month and day), phone number, and/or email address). It is optional for the registered user to provide other demographic information (such as gender). Providing this information allows bBRG to provide a more personalized experience on our Websites. If you are a registered user, bBRG collects and maintains the username and password you establish in order to authenticate your identity when you log-in. You are responsible for keeping your log-in information secure. Registered users of the Websites can make online purchases, and will be asked to provide payment information to make those purchases. We collect payment information on our Websites, and share that information with our payment processor vendor to complete those transactions (for more information, see Section 4 “Third Party Collaboration”). bBRG uses information provided by users to:
- reply to your inquiries, comments, or questions, and send you information and promotional material;
- provide users with coupons, special promotions, and news tailored to their interests;
- contact registered users about the services on our Websites for which they have expressed interest or promotions in our restaurant locations;
- facilitate registered users’ online purchases.
bBRG shares information with:
- Affiliated companies to provide services to our users;
- Third parties that provide services for us (for more information, see Section 4 “Third Party Collaboration”);
- A third party or parties in the event that bBRG and/or its assets are sold or transferred in whole or in part to that third party/parties or used as security;
- Law enforcement officials or judicial authorities that request us to provide information on individual users, especially in matters involving a danger to personal or public safety.
The bBRG Websites take reasonable physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the privacy and confidentiality of your personal information. If you have any questions about the security at our Websites, you may send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
The bBRG Websites, like many other commercial applications and websites, may use a standard technology called “cookies” to collect information about how our Websites are used. Cookies are designed to help a website operator determine that a particular user has visited the site previously and thus save and remember any preferences that may have been set while the user was browsing the site. Cookies are small strings of text that websites can send to your browser. Cookies do not collect data that can identify individuals personally. We use data collected from cookies to improve your online experience; for example, by storing items in your shopping cart while you continue to browse the Websites. You have the option to configure your browser to either accept all cookies, notify you when a cookie is sent, or reject all cookies. Some features of the bBRG website may not function without the support of data from cookies. Our Websites use Google Analytics which collects anonymous website user activity data through the use of both first-party and third-party cookies. Google Analytics collects your IP address. We use your IP address information to learn the geographical locations where our Websites are being used. Your IP address does not identify you personally nor does it contain personal information such as your name or email address. You may opt-out of Google Analytics tracking with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, which is available here.
4. Third Party Collaboration
We may employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include fulfilling orders, delivering packages, sending postal mail and e-mail, removing repetitive information from customer lists, analyzing data, providing marketing assistance, processing credit card payments, and providing customer service. The third parties have access to personal information needed to perform their functions, but are not permitted to use it for other purposes.

8. Do Not Track
“Do Not Track” or DNT refers to technology that Internet users can employ to block the tracking of their browsing activity by analytics companies, advertising networks, and other such entities. bBRG does not track Website visitors or registered users across third party websites to provide targeted advertising. bBRG also does not allow third parties to track your behavior when you are on our Websites. As a result, bBRG does not respond to DNT signals.
Our Websites are not intended for, nor are they directed at, children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information on any person under the age of 13. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, please notify us immediately.
